C-Type Meningitis Vaccine

AIM Persistence Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s Xin'er Cong® series not only includes the C-Type Meningitis Vaccine but also a quadrivalent meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine that offers more effective protection, simultaneously defending against A, C, Y, and W135 types, addressing complex infection risks.

Product Composition

Our meningococcal vaccine is made from culture solutions of Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A, C, Y, and W135.  The capsular polysaccharide antigens are extracted and purified separately, then mixed and lyophilized with lactose as a stabilizer. It is a white, loose substance, which becomes a colorless, clear liquid after being dissolved with the provided diluent.

Active ingredients: Each dose of vaccine contains 50 μg each of capsular polysaccharides from serogroups A, C, Y, and W135.

Excipients: Each dose contains 10.0 mg of lactose.

Vaccine diluent: Sterile, pyrogen-free PBS solution.

Product Effectiveness

Compared to ordinary C-type Meningitis Vaccines, AIM Persistence's product actually provides protection against three additional serotypes in addition to C-type, effectively addressing complex meningococcal meningitis outbreaks and offering you more comprehensive protection, making it a more cost-effective choice.

Group A and Group A/C polysaccharide vaccines only cover 1-2 serotypes, have poor immune efficacy in infants under 2 years old, and have a shorter protection period (usually 1-2 years).

This vaccine, however, covers four serotypes (A/C/Y/W135), and its improved manufacturing process enhances immunogenicity, providing protection for 3-5 years and being suitable for a wider range of people.
